These Terms govern use of baomeipackaging.cn and quotations, samples and orders supplied by Shenzhen Baomei Technology Co., Ltd.
1. Website and Business Use
This website is intended primarily for business customers. Product descriptions, images and prices are general information and are not binding offers.
2. Quotations and Orders
An order becomes binding only after our written confirmation and any required deposit. The quotation or invoice states price, currency, quantity, payment, delivery and applicable Incoterms. Taxes, duties and freight are excluded unless stated otherwise.
3. MOQ and Customization
Minimum order quantities and customization requirements vary. Final specifications must be confirmed in writing.
4. Artwork and Approval
You warrant that you have rights to all supplied logos, artwork and text. You are responsible for proofreading and approving final artwork. Reasonable variations in color, paper and handmade features may occur.
5. Samples and Payment
Sample fees, tooling, freight and lead times are quoted separately. Payment terms appear in the quotation or invoice. We may pause production or delivery for overdue amounts.
6. Production and Delivery
Typical production is 15–25 days after artwork approval, subject to quantity and customization. Dates are estimates unless guaranteed in writing. Risk and title transfer according to the agreed Incoterm or order confirmation.
7. Shipping and Customs
International shipping may be arranged by express, air or sea. The buyer is responsible for import permits, customs clearance, duties and local taxes unless agreed otherwise.
8. Inspection and Claims
Inspect goods promptly. Report visible damage, shortage or non-conformity within 7 days with order details, photos and evidence. For a confirmed valid claim, an appropriate remedy may be repair, replacement, credit or refund for affected goods.
9. Cancellation and Returns
Customized goods generally cannot be cancelled or returned after materials are purchased or production begins, except for confirmed defects or as required by law.
10. Intellectual Property
Website content belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied commercially without permission. Customers remain responsible for rights in supplied materials.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect and consequential loss. Total liability relating to an affected order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where prohibited by law.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruption, government action, power failure or supply shortage.
13. Governing Law
Unless an order states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to mandatory applicable law.

4. ARTWORK AND APPROVAL
You warrant that you have rights to all logos, artwork, text and other materials supplied to us. You are responsible for proofreading and approving final artwork. Production may rely on that approval. Screen and print colors, paper and handmade features may show reasonable variations.
5. SAMPLES
Sample fees, tooling, freight and lead times will be stated separately. Samples are illustrative; reasonable production variations may occur.
6. PAYMENT
Payment terms are stated in the quotation or invoice. We may pause production or delivery for overdue amounts. Bank fees and applicable taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
7. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Typical production is 15–25 days after artwork approval, subject to quantity and customization. All dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Risk and title transfer according to the agreed Incoterm or order confirmation.
8. SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
International shipping may be arranged by express, air or sea. The buyer is responsible for import permits, customs clearance, duties and local taxes unless the quotation says otherwise.
9. INSPECTION AND CLAIMS
Inspect goods promptly. Report visible damage, shortage or non-conformity within 7 days of delivery with order details, photos and supporting evidence. Report latent defects promptly after discovery. If a valid claim is confirmed, our remedy may be repair, replacement, credit or refund for affected goods, as appropriate.
10. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Customized goods generally cannot be cancelled or returned after materials are purchased or production begins, except for confirmed defects or as required by law. Approved cancellation may require payment of costs already incurred.
11. WEBSITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape unlawfully or attempt unauthorized access to the website. Website text, images, designs, trademarks and other content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied commercially without permission.
12. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available. We exclude indirect, incidental, special and consequential loss. Our total liability relating to an affected order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where limitation is prohibited by law.
